The Court made the following :

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner to resume as the fair price shop dealer of Muthukuru village, Aspari Mandal, Kurnool District, after the expiry of her leave period in February 2009, as illegal and arbitrary. By order dated 18-3-2009, this Court has granted interim direction to continue the petitioner as fair price shop dealer as her authorisation is neither suspended nor cancelled. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) submitted that in pursuance of the said interim order, the petitioner is being continued as the fair price shop dealer. In the light of this fact, no further adjudication of the Writ Petition is necessary. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.7406 of 2009 is disposed of.
