THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.25608 of 2017 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents No.3 for not mutating the petitioner's name in the Revenue Records on representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2017 with respect to the land in Sy.No. 523 to the extent of 0.30 cents situated in Chevuru Village, Gudluru Mandal, and in Sy.No. 522 patta No. 624 to the extent of 0.86 cents, total extent of Ac. 1-16 cents .

This Court carefully perused the said representation and noticed that the said representation is not in the prescribed proforma as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act.

In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to apply to the third respondent in the prescribed proforma and as and when such an application is filed, it is needless to observe that the third respondent shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of such application. 4.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
