HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16262 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioners' claim for utilizing their services on contract basis instead of outsourcing basis and denying benefits, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to consider petitioners' claim for utilizing their services on contract basis by fixing minimum pay scale as per G.O.Ms.No.151, Finance (HR-I-Plg. & Policy) Department, dated 08.08.2016.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Smt.K.Lalitha, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3. Since the grievance of the petitioners is stated to be pending before the competent authority by way of representation dated 12.03.2018, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 12.03.2018, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
