THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.15764 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The petitioner seeks a direction to M/s.Bombay Mercantile Co-operative Bank Limited to open the lock put upon its premises situated at Habeeb Mansion, Khairatabad, Hyderabad, to enable it to do its business so as to earn money and repay the outstanding amount payable to the bank in instalments.

Smt.V.Dyumani, learned counsel for the respondent-bank, would however state that the debt due to the bank from the petitioner-company was assigned to the Invent Assets Securitisation & Reconstruction Private Limited, Mumbai, and this fact was communicated to the petitioner company by the assignee vide letter dated 27.04.2017.

In that view of the matter, no direction can be given to the bank which is the sole respondent in this writ petition. 4.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
