THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2014 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging disobedience of the orders, dated 27.04.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.15562 of 2017.

Learned Special Standing Counsel appearing for the District Water Management Agency produced the proceedings, dated 05.02.2018, showing payment of salary for the period of suspension treating it as duty till the petitioner was removed from service.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the orders, dated 27.04.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.15562 of 2017 are complied with.

Recording the said submission, the contemnor is discharged from contempt proceedings and the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous Applications, if any, filed in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
