This application is filed seeking stay of all further proceedings including the attachment of salary of the petitioner pursuant to order dated 13.05.2023 passed in Crt.M,P.No.4OO of 2022 (Old Crt.M.P.No.988 oi 2O2L) in M.C. No.754 oJ 2022 (Old M.C.No.365 of 2O18) on the file of the II Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent-State. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, there shall be stay of all further proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.4OO ot 2022 (Old Crl.M.P.No.988 of 2O2L) in M.C. No.754 of 2022 (Old M.C.No,365 of 2018) on the file of the II Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, subject to the petitioner paying an amount of Rs.10rO0O/- per month to respondents No.2 and 3 on or before 5th on every succeeding month, pending disposat of the main case.
