Sheshu Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners filed a Memo on behalf of the petitioners, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition as per law. Permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
