HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 603 of 2016 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court passed in WP No.32292 of 2015, dated 06.10.2015.

2. This Court, in WP No.32292 of 2015, while suspending the order dated 07.07.2015, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2015.

3. Now a counter affidavit is filed stating that the representation of the petitioner was considered and orders were passed on 29.04.2016 and the same were communicated to the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, the contempt proceedings cannot be proceeded further. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
