This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.3 in interfering with the civil dispute in respect of agriculture land in Sy.No.209-3 A, admeasuring an extent of Ac.0-51 cents situated in A.Narayanapuram Village, Anantapur Mandal, Anantapur District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct respondent No.3 not to call the petitioner to the police station for resolving any civil dispute with respect to the said land.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on the written instructions submits that a case in Cr.No.78 of 2018 dated 12-04-2018 was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 427 IPC on the file of respondent No.3-police station and during the course of investigation, notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. was issued to the petitioner and the same was acknowledged by the petitioner and further investigation is in progress. It is also submitted that respondent No.3 never interfered with the civil disputes nor called the petitioner to the police station. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to him under law.
