THE HON'BLE DT. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.6983 of 2O21 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.2 for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.143 of 2021 of Keshampet Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A IPC, Sections 3 and 4 of D.P Act. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/A.2 has not filed a similar bail application before the Court of Session. There are no special or exceptional circumstances to deal with this application by this Court. The petitioner/A.2 is at liberty to move a similar bail application before the Court of Session and agitate all the contentions that are proposed to be raised herein.

With the above observations, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal petition shall stand closed.
