Sri M.S.P. Kamaraju, learned counsel for the petitioners - accused Nos.4 and 5, addressed a letter, dated 14.03.2017, to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to place the matter before the Court, so as to seek permission for withdrawal of the Criminal Petition.
