This appeal is preferred against judgment and decree dated 31.05.2011 in A.S.No.130 of 2010 on the file of special Sessions Judge For Trial of Cases under SC & ST (POA) Act-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, L.B. Nagar, whereunder judgment and decree dated 25.02.2010 in O.S.No.973 of 2007 on the file of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, is confirmed.

When this matter has come up on 20.11.2015, as there was no representation on behalf of appellants, it was directed to post this matter on 17.12.2015 under the caption of 'dismissal'. Again on 17.12.2015, when the matter has come up for hearing, on the request of advocate for appellants, the matter is adjourned by two weeks.

Today when the matter is again called, there is no representation on behalf of appellants. It appears that appellants are not interested in prosecuting the case. Though the matter is adjourned on the request of appellants counsel, no interest is evinced to prosecute this case.

For these reasons, Second appeal is dismissed for
