Respondents WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through her Advocate Sri M V S SAI SHARATH presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the action of the Respondent No.3 in not considering the representation dated 3110512022 of the Petitioner herein, requesting the Registration authorities not to entertain any registration pertaining to the property situated at bearing Municipal No.
3-3-792l B, consisting of Ground and First Floor, Qutbiguda, Kachiguda, Hyderabad, is contrary to the judgment of the Apex Court reported in the matter KEWAL KRISHAN vs. RAJESH KUMAR and OTHERS, in Civil Appeal Nos.6989-6992 of 2021 ,daled2211112021,in Para 15, is illegal, arbitrary, unjustified as it is nothlng but violation of principles of settled Law and consequently on the strength of the above mentioned Supreme Court judgment DIRECT the Respondents, more particularly Respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein NOT to entertain any registrations pertaining to the property situated at bearing Municipal No.
3-3-79218, consisting of Ground and first floor, Qutbiguda, Kachiguda, Hyderabad, and on the strength of the documents annexed with this Writ Petition lA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to restrain in entertaining any Registrations, pertaining to the property situated at bearing Municipal No.3-3-79218, consisting of Ground and First Floor, Qutbiguda, Kachiguda, Hyderabad, pending disposal of WP No. 25023 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court order dated: '10.06.2022 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. M.V.S. SAI SHARATH Advocate for the Petitioner and GP FOR STAMPS AND REGISTRATION for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3, the Court made the following. ORDER:
Learned counsel for the unofficial respondent seeks two weeks time for filing counter.
Post on 19.07.2022.
It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that the sale consideration is not paid to the petitioner as on date and three weeks time fixed by this Court also lapsed.
ln these circumstances, the interim order directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to entertain any registration for a period of three weeks is extended until further orders.
