Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioners challenge the inaction of the 2nd respondent on the Appeal dated 18.06.2019 submitted by them over the piece of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0.34 1⁄2 guntas in Survey No. 94 situated at Lakshmidevipalli Village, Gangadhara Mandal, Karimnagar District.

The petitioners made a complaint on 26.02.2019 asserting that on 29.04.2017, proceedings were issued to record the name of the 1st petitioner with respect to the above said land which she came to acquire through the registered sale deed dated 18.12.2012. It is their grievance that they had made a complaint to the 2nd respondent with respect to the revenue entries made in favour of Smt. Zubeda, W/o Abdul Razak vide proceedings No. B/942/2013, dated 07.12.2013.

Inasmuch as the proceedings dated 07.12.2013 are much prior to the proceedings dated 29.04.2017 granted in favour of the 1st petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the proceedings dated 07.12.2013 in an appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law.
