ORDER :

According to the petitioner, land to an extent of Ac.1.98 cents in Sy.No.45/7 of Venkatadripalem village, Kandukiri Mandal, Prakasam district is their ancestral property and was standing in the name of her father and after death of her father, the same was mutated in the name of her mother in the revenue records and she was in possession of property till her death on 28.05.2010 and subsequently the said property is devolved on her and since then she has been in possession of said land. She applied in Form-VI(A) to mutate her name in revenue records and to issue E-pass book in respect of the subject land. The said application was received in e-seva centre on 22.09.2015. But, so far no order communicating mutation of her name is furnished. Hence, this writ petition.

It is seen from the material on record that petitioner claimed to have submitted application for mutation. If that is so, and if such application is pending, the Tahsildar, Kandukuri Mandal, Prakasam district, shall dispose of the application, if not already disposed of, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the above directions, Writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
