THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6147 of 2016 ORDER:

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel represented that after completion of investigation, the police filed charge sheet before the concerned Court, hence, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the same may be dismissed as infructuous and that the stay granted earlier on 25.04.2016 may be vacated.

Recording the above submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim stay granted earlier on 25.04.2016 stands vacated.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
