HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3887 of 2014 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners/A1 and A2 seek to quash the FIR in Cr.No.280 of 2014 of Sanjeevareddy Nagar PS, which was registered against them for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 506 IPC and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. 2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 05.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, S.R.Nagar PS., Hyderabad City and submitted that the case was referred as Lack of Evidence on 27.07.2014 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR No.280 of 2014 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) There is no representation for petitioners.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
