On 27.02.2012, it was represented that the sole petitioner died and therefore, the matter was adjourned for taking steps. But, no steps have been taken till today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as per the information furnished by the counter part, the matter was settled out of Court.

The writ petition was dismissed for default as against the second respondent.

In the circumstances, this Court sees no ground to retain the writ petition and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
