This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dt.10.12.2015 in W.P.No.36192 of 2015.

The counsel for petitioner has placed before me order dt.09.03.2016 in Rc.No.4439/1996/N2(i) of the Divisional Forest Officer, Nizamabad Division, Nizamabad, rejecting petitioner's application dt.07.08.2015 for grant of Saw Mill - cum - Depot license. 3.

The counsel for petitioner seeks permission to question this order by way of a separate proceeding.

Since the order dt.10.12.2015 in WP.No.36192 of 2015 appears to have been complied by the Divisional Forest Officer, Nizamabad Division, Nizamabad by way of passing the above order dt.09.03.2016, the Contempt Case alleging disobedience of the order in WP.No.36192 of 2015 is closed, granting liberty to petitioner to challenge the order dt.09.03.2016 passed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Nizamabad Division, Nizamabad in a separate proceeding. No order as to costs.

5. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any in the Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
