ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not conducting revaluation of answer sheet of MBBS Fist year Human Anatomy theory paper of the petitioner as bad in law and violation of Articles 14, 19 and 2l of the Constitution of India and the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent No.2 to forthwith to re-evaluate the answer sheet of MBBS first year Human Anatomy theory paper of the petitioner and permit the petitioner to verify the answer sheet of MBBS first year tHuman Anatomy theory paper.

Heard Sri Uday Kumar Kukkadapr, l.r.r.,ed counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Medical Health II t:

NBK,J wP_16961_2026 and Family welfare appearing for respondent No.1 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is squarely covered by the order of this Court in w.p. No. 7495 of 2026, dated 11.O3.2026 and enclosed a copy of the said order. 4.

In this connection, it is relevant to refer to the orders passed by this court in w.P. No.7495 of 2026, dated 11.03.2026, wherein, it is observed as follows:

"6. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides, this Court deems it appropriate to direct respondent No.2-University to reverify the petitioner's answer script relating to the MBBS First Year theory examinations in the subject of Physiologz forthwith and also permit the petitioner to verify his Physiologr answer script personally, on payment of requisite fee, as per the Rules.,, 5.

Accordingly, the writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the orders passed in w.P. No. 7495 of 2026 on 11.03.2026 and for the reasons alike. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
