When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has informed that the 3rd respondent College where the petitioner was working has become defunct and the petitioner has been transferred along with the post to the Government City College, Nayapul. In support of his contention, he placed before this Court the proceedings dated 09.07.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent.

This Court is of the considered view that in view of the subsequent development, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
