HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9625 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.235 of 2012 of Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 506, 342 r/w 34 I.P.C.

2) The defacto-complainant and the accused in person representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offences. Having heard the parties permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the defacto-complainant since present with the accused.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.235 of 2012 of Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.
