HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 27150 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed assailing the impugned order/proceedings passed in R.No.3329/V1/2017-1, dated 07.08.2017 placing the petitioner under suspension as Motor Vehicle Inspector as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits basing on certain allegations, suspension proceedings were issued, pending enquiry, to four employees including the petitioner and that out of four employees, one employee was reinstated into service by the Government vide G.O.Rt.No.547, dated 04.10.2017 revoking suspension. He submits that the case of the petitioner may also be considered in terms of G.O.Rt.No.547, dated 04.10.2017.

Learned Government Pleader for Services also not disputed about the issuance of aforesaid G.O by the Government.

In view of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner by taking into account G.O.Rt.No.547, dated 04.10.2017 in respect of similarly placed persons and pass appropriate orders within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
