Heard Sri Challa Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri D.Bhasker Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent.
It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in similar circumstances, the learned Single Judge of this Court has disposed of W.P.No.23871 of 1999 and batch on 28.11.2000 by relying on the Judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in A.P.Adimajati Seva Sangham v. Guntur Municipal Council[1] and same is not disputed by Sri D.Bhasker Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent-Corporation.
In that view of the matter and for the reasons alike in the Common Order dated 28.11.2000 in W.P.No.23871 of 1999 and batch, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. There shall be no order as to costs.
