HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.17255 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Y.Sudhakar for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner aggrieved by the order of resumption in Rc.No.762/ 2017 as confirmed by the appellate order in Rc.No.528/ 2017 has filed revision under Section 4-A(2) of A.P.Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977. The revision filed by the petitioner is pending.

The petitioner is admittedly in possession of the property and the possession of petitioner is protected when the proceedings are pending both before respondents 4 and 5.

This Court is of the view that the ends of justice are met if a direction is issued to 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the revision filed by petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending revision and communication of orders, the respondents are directed not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject matter of revision.

The writ petition is disposed of as indicated above. No order as to costs.
