THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.238 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC to withdraw H.M.O.P. No.16 of 2015 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Chirala and transfer the same to the Family Court, Ongole.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer C.M.P. with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of the similar type of petition before the appropriate Court.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed. _________________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
