THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.5264 of 2011 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the unsuccessful petitioner-2nd respondent assailing the order dated 27.10.2011 of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Eluru, passed in IA.No.1377 of 2011 in IP.No.6 of 2005 filed by the petitioner-2nd respondent under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, to refer the promissory note dated 03.08.2003 to a handwriting expert.

The note of the Registry would show that as per the computer cause list, the afore-said IP itself was disposed of on 04.10.2012. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
