When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri G.Ratna Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri B.Sesi Bushan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Contempt Case. He also made an endorsement on the petition to that effect.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.
