Naram Venkata Lakshmi v. The State Of Andra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30814 OF 2016 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that she submitted representation dated 04.04.2016 before the 2nd respondent to incorporate her name in the online records as land owner in respect of the land covered in RS.No.134/1 to an extent of Ac.2.60 cents of Sirrivarigudem Village, Jeelugumilli Mandal, West Godavari District along with copy of D-Form Patta which was issued to the petitioner at the time of assignment of the said land. As the said representation is not being disposed of present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions stating that the pattadar pass book which was issued to the petitioner in respect of the subject land was not attested by the Mandal Revenue Officer, Jeelugumilli and that there is ambiguity in the D-Form Patta issued to the petitioner in respect of the subject land. It is also stated in the written instructions that after detailed enquiry action will be taken against the representation of the petitioner and the same would be intimated to the petitioner. Since it is stated that already application of the petitioner is pending before the authorities it is for the
authorities to consider the same by taking the above facts into account. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2016 in accordance with law and take action within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 13.10.2016 tk
