No representation for the petitioner though this matter is listed under the caption of "For Dismissal".

The writ petitioner has come up with this writ petition mainly on the ground that the police are interfering with his civil disputes and harassing him to transfer the properties in favour of one Hussain Khan, otherwise they will implicate him and his family members in false cases. 3.

On 19.06.2014, while admitting the writ petition, this Court ordered notices to the respondents.

Today, when the matter was called, learned Government Pleader appeared and filed written instructions received from the respondents, and submits that the police are not interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioner and that the police have not harassed the petitioner to transfer any property in favour of anyone.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader based on the written instructions, and in view of the fact that the petitioner is not present though this matter is listed under the caption of 'For Dismissal', this writ petition is dismissed.
