HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 29909 of 2011 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed for the following relief:

"Issue a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 to enforce the decree of injunction granted in favour of the petitioner in A.S.NO.16 of 2001 dated 08.04.2004 for cultivation of the land admeasuring 3.50 cents and Ac.5.15 cents in Sy.No.744 of Katnagallu Village of PTM Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice." Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are interfering with the land of the petitioner and as such he needs protection from police at the time of their interference with his agricultural operations.

He submits that in case if there is any obstruction, the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before the concerned, which may directed to be considered in accordance with law. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 states that he has no objection for the same. Having regard to the circumstances of the case and taking into consideration the submissions made, the present writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make representations, if there is any interference in his agricultural operations, to the authorities concerned, who shall consider the same at the earliest, in accordance with law.

There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently,

miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
