HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23357 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the proceedings, dated 19.05.2010, issued by respondent No.1 directing respondent Nos.3 to 6 not to register the patta lands including the lands of the petitioners in Survey Nos.358 and 357 of Matwada Village, Warangal District.

This Court while admitting the writ petition on 07.10.2010, directed respondent Nos.3 to 5 to receive the documents to be presented by the petitioners and follow the procedure indicated in the Registration Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the above said order, no further orders are necessary to be passed in the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
