ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6 in failing to restrain respondent Nos.7 and 8 from proceeding with the illegal construction of the houses by encroaching the street of Kesavaraopally Village, Kolluru Gram Panchayat, Nawabpet
Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary. Mr. B.S.S. Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 05.11.2015, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein he has stated that he was instructed by his client to withdraw the Writ Petition.
At the hearing, Mr. B.S.S.Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, reiterated the contents of the said letter. In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
