Respondents/Complainant Petition under Section 482 o'f Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to quash all further proceedings in C.C.No. 5O4 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangaon in the interest of justice. lA NO: 2 OF 2023 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner/complainant with the respondents No.2/Sole Accused compound the non bailable offence in C.C.No. 5A4 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangaon.

lA NO: 3 OF 2023 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to allow the petitioner and respondent No.2 to compound the offence and to quash the proceedings in C.C.No. 504 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangaon.
