HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO W.P.No.2161 of 2014 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in this Writ Petition is as under: "........to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.3 to 6 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere and harass the petitioner with the disputes between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.3 to 6."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 placed on record Written Instructions dt.23-10-2019 issued by the Sub Inspector of Police, Tappachabutra police station, Hyderabad City.

From the perusal of the said instructions, it is revealed that the respondents-police never interfered in the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent Nos.3 to 6 and never called them to police station. It is also further stated that there is no complaint against petitioner by any individual and on verification of the station records, it is noticed that no case is registered against the petitioner.

Taking the above said facts and circumstances into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 7.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
