It is stated that the second respondent has rejected to ratify the admission of students of respective petitioner's institution on the ground that they belong to other state. I have heard learned counsel for the parties who have submitted that the issue is covered by the judgment of this Court dated 31.10.2014 in W.P.No. 32797 of 2014 and batch.
Hence following the said judgment, these writ petitions are also allowed and the impugned proceedings in so far as they relate to rejection of the candidature of students
admitted by the respective petitioner only on the ground that they belong to other state shall stand set aside subject to the condition that the admitted students are eligible for admission and qualified for that. The second respondent shall, therefore, re-examine the matter and pass appropriate orders expeditiously preferably within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in the light of the directions of this Court issued earlier in W.P.No. 24581 of 2009 and batch, dated 20.11.2009, followed in W.P.Nos. 23913 of 2013 and 2554 of 2014, dated 14.8.2013 and 31.1.2014 respectively.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
