THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 45728 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed for quashing of FIR No.383 of 2016 on the file of Begumpeta Police Station, Hyderabad. This Court while issuing notice before admission and permitting the petitioner to take out personal notice to respondent No.3, directed the Police concerned not to arrest the petitioner. In spite of service of notice on respondent No.3, none appeared. After perusing the complaint, this Court notices that no ground exists for quashing of the complaint by this Court in exercise of powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. However, the Police shall investigate the complaint and follow due process of law during the course of investigation including issuance of notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
