THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.3369 of 2018 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the docket order dated 20.04.2018 in E.P.No.59 of 2017 in ABR/CF No.980 of 2015 on the file of the Court of V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to it under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
