This Criminal Petition is filed under Sectlons 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr'P C') seeking regular bail to the petitioner who is arrayed as Accused No'1 in S.C.No.443 of 2O2L in Crime No.195 of 2021 on the file of I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally at Hyderabad for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(8), 109 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code'

Learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No'1 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application for the reason of his client who is the petitioner herein addressed a letter on 20.06.2022 requesting for withdrawal of the present bail application.
