As there was no representation for the petitioner on 04.11.2015, 30.11.2015 and 08.06.2018, the matter was directed to be listed on 15.06.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, again there is no representation for the petitioner either in the forenoon or afternoon sessions. It appears, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
