THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2188 of 2011 ORDER:

Reiterating the contents of the counter-affidavit it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for respondents that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court the respondents issued a notification on 29-01-2011 granting age relaxation upto five (5) years in respect of the contract labour both for Junior Plant Assistant and also Sub-Engineers. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Standing Counsel for respondents that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition in view of the same.

In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
