THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.18730 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 5th respondent in interfering in civil matters as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 19, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in civil matters." Heard Sri A. Hanumantha Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents, apart from perusing the material available before this Court.

Today, when the matter is called, written instructions, dated 07-07-2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Nakarakallu Police Station, Guntur Rural District have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home and the said instructions read as under: "... ... ...

It is further submitted that as per the complaint of the 6th respondent, 5th respondent police phone call to the 1st petitioner for his details on 15-06-2015. But after one hour the 6th respondent withdraw the complaint. Hence, the petitioner did not respond to the call and did not approach the Police Station. Hence, the allegations against the respondent police are false and baseless." On noticing the above said instructions, learned counsel for the petitioners has requested this Court to dispose of the writ petition by recording the said instructions.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of, by recording the written instructions, dated 07-07-2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Nakarakallu Police Station, Guntur Rural District.
