B/O tk 18.07.2022 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.4845 of 2021 dt.07.02.2022 that he should appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Monday between 10.30 A.M. and 01.00 P.M for a period of three months.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been appearing accordingly and that as the petitioner is suffering ill health he cannot travel for long distance and as such seeks relaxation of the said condition.

Keeping in view the health condition of the petitioner, the condition is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear on every first and third Saturdays before the concerned investigating authorities.
