This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the public auction notice, dated 25-07-2015, issued by respondent No.4- Devasthanam, for auction of the leasehold rights of its land admeasuring Ac.6-64 cents in Survey Nos.781 and 782 of Peddanattu Village, on 10-08-2015 (postponed to 19-08-2015), as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Sri V.R.Machavaram, learned Counsel for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.33638 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
