HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT APPEAL No.258 OF 2017 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) This Appeal, under clause 15 of Letter Patent, is preferred against the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.M.P. No.51081 of 2016 in Writ Petition No.41453 of 2016 dated 08.02.2017, granting interim suspension of the order of the District Collector dated 15.11.2016. While submissions are made by Sri Kata Sambasiva Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, on merits, the fact remains that the order passed by the learned Single Judge is an ad interim order of suspension, which the appellant-respondent No.5 can seek vacation of in appropriate proceedings.

Leaving it open to the appellant to seek vacation of the interim order, the appeal fails and is, accordingly, dismissed. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
