The action of the respondent authorities in insisting the petitioner to produce No Objection Certificate from the Revenue Department for the purpose of processing the application for building permission is challenged before this Court. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, submit that the subject matter of the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 06.08.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.12013 of 2019 and Batch, and therefore similar order may be passed in this writ petition as well. This Court disposed of W.P.No.12013 of 2019 and Batch, by order dated 06.08.2019, observing as under:

" 5. Therefore, all the w rit petitions are disposed of directing the respondent Corporation to process the building permission applications submitted by the petitioners w ithout insisting for securing NOCs from the Revenue Department, if basis of such mandate by the GHMC w as on the ground that survey No.44/ 4 of Maqta Mahaboobpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, is included in the Gazette Publication of Ranga - 3 - Reddy District, dated 26.09.2013. I f there is any other objection for granting building permission, the same shall be informed to the petitioners. No order as to costs."

In terms of the order dated 06.08.2019 in W.P.No.12013 of 2019 and Batch, and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. ____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 28th August, 2019 KSM
