THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR Tr.C.M.P.No.731 of 2015 ORDER:

This application is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P No.69 of 2015 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Miryalaguda and transfer the same to any Court at Guntur.

2. Petitioner herein is wife of the respondent. She filed the present application stating that her marriage with the respondent was performed on 15.05.2009 at Yadlapalli Village as per Hindu rites and custom, that she joined the respondent and they lived happily for some time and thereafter, due to disputes, she was driven out from marital house and thereafter, respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2011 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tenali and the same was ended in compromise. She stated that respondent again filed present O.P seeking dissolution of marriage only to trouble her. She stated that she is staying at Chebrolu of Guntur District and it is difficult for her to travel from Chebrolu to Miryalagunda for each and every adjournment. For these reasons, she prayed for transfer of O.P from Senior Civil Judge, Miryalaguda to any Court at Guntur.

3. Respondent has not filed any counter disputing the affidavit averments of the petitioner.

4. Heard both sides.

5. Advocate for the petitioner reiterated the petition averments and submitted that by considering the convenience of wife, H.M.O.P may be transferred from Miryalaguda to Guntur.

6. Advocate for the respondent opposed the application and submitted that there are no valid grounds for considering the request of the petitioner.

7. I have perused the material papers. As seen from the affidavit, earlier the respondent filed H.M.O.P No.143 of 2011 before Senior Civil Judge, Tenali, whereas the present O.P was filed before Senior Civil Judge Court, Miryalaguda.

8. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in her affidavit and also considering her convenience, H.M.O.P No.69 of 2015 is withdrawn from Senior Civil Judge, Miryalagunda, Nalgonda District and transferred to Family Court, Guntur for disposal in accordance with law.
