The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to issue necessary orders/ directions to the respondent herein to provide the original Writ Affidavits and Vakalaths in W.P.Nos. 28647, 28649, 28650, 28651, 28652 of 2014, 2359 of 2017, 22651 of 2008, 27590 of 2008, 1155 of 2009, 1156 of 2009, 1666 of 2009, 1674 of 2009 and 2293 of 2017 to the petitioner for forwarding the same to F.S.L. for comparison with specimen handwritings of the imposters taken in the open Court to prove the allegations of impersonation, cheating and forgery by handwriting expert for opinion in Crime No.125 of 2017, Central Crime Station, Detective Department, Hyderabad.

A representation is made on behalf of the respondent reporting no objection to allow the Criminal Petition.
