THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.22148 of 2005 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not promoting the members of the petitioner association to the higher post i.e., Headmasters, Junior Lecturers, Deputy Educational Officers, Mandal Educational Officers on par with the teachers working in the Education Department and not including the members of the petitioner association in the common seniority list as highly illegal, unjust, arbitrary, discriminatory and violative of articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to pass such other appropriate orders.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
