THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.11047 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent-Municipality threatening to demolish the petitioners structures bearing D.No.8-121 (1st petitioner) and D.No.8-111 (2nd petitioner), Main Bazaar, Kalyandurg Municipality, Anantapur district, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent not to demolish the petitioners' structures. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Md. Saleem, the learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent that the subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 06.03.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.5581 of 2015.

Since, the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the above order, for the reasons alike in the above writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to demolish the structures of the petitioners without following due process of law. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
